Here at Miss Lolo, we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure you have the least impact from Covid 19 as possible. We appreciate this is an anxious time for everyone, so together we will get through. Please find below some answers to some of your questions, and how Miss Lolo is responding to what is happening, and how our business will be working throughout this time.

Are deliveries happening during this time of lock down?
We have just had notification that under stage 4 of Covid lockdown there will be absolutely no deliveries made to customers. While we appreciate this is a very hard time for everyone, this is to best ensure that as New Zealander's we absolutely are doing the best thing for our country to ensure everyone is safe.
These items will resume production at the completion of lock down. please bear with us and try to be kind as we navigate through this.
Are there any changes to our refunds and returns policy?
Our standard return and refund policy will apply with a couple of minor changes. Any refunds in regards to slow delivery times or delayed deliveries will not be issued. this is completely out of our control and while we sympathise we are doing our absolute best to get items to you as quickly as possible. Any items in production currently are unable to be refunded , this is inline with our current T & C's, however, standard delivery times will be majorly affected.
